Observation

During onsite inspection, Licensor observed the outdoor play structures not installed and arranged to meet the 6 feet fall zones (measuring 50 inches, 57 inches, and 34 inches) and the shredded recycled rubber surfacing not maintained at 6 inches (measuring 1 inch, 2 inches, and 2.5 inches). (1) During onsite inspection, Licensor measured the shock absorbing shredded recycled rubber surfacing to measure 1 inch, 2 inches, and 2.5 inches, and not meeting the 6-inch CPSC guidelines.
